Our baggage storage is open every day from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
It is possible to book for several consecutive days.
No deposit of animals, perishable, odorant, corrosive, esplosive and incendiary, precious metals and stones is allowed.
No claims will be accepted and refunds will not be issued in case of non-conforming baggage and/or deposits and in case of lack of the rental receipt.
In this sense it is under the responsibility of the customer what is contained in the baggage.
Customers have the right to access the baggage storage according to their needs at the opening hours to collect or add items.
Leave Your Baggage will dispatch forgotten luggage, if promptly claimed. In this case Leave Your Baggage will charge the customer, who will prepay, all the expenses with a fixed minimum of € 30,00, plus shipping costs, which are based on weight, destination, carrier, etc.
Leave Your Baggage's spaces are strictly NON-SMOKING.
Leave Your Baggage's spaces are subjected to video surveillance 24 hours in continuous connections with active surveillance organs.
Access to the Leave Your Baggage spaces is allowed to over 18 people and to minors if accompanied by an adult.
Drop off and withdrawal can be done during the opening hours: from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, every day, including Sundays and holidays.
The responsibility to verify the accuracy of information provided at the time of booking is exclusively assigned to the customer, in particular
- e-mail address
- mobile phone number (country code + number).
Leave Your Baggage recognizes in case of theft or damage a refund of up € 500,00 per baggage.
For the aforementioned clauses and for the fact that their acceptance by the customer is a necessary condition for the confirmation of the reservation, customers will not be able to exercise any legal action against Leave Your Baggage Srls.
The parties agree that the place for any litigation is the one in whose jurisdiction is the shop Leave Your Baggage where the baggage was deposited.
The translation of Leave Your Baggage's Terms and Conditions section constitutes mere information as a courtesy.
In the case of litigation, only the text in Italian is valid.
